钩藤散浸膏治疗老年性痴呆临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察钩藤散浸膏治疗老年性痴呆（Alzheimers,AD）的临床疗效。方法：70例符合纳入标准的AD患者随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组给予哈伯因治疗;治疗组给予钩藤散浸膏进行治疗。比较两组AD患者MMSE、ADAS-cog、ADL临床疗效、评分。结果：对照组与治疗组治疗后均有效,MMSE分别为总有效率63.64%（95%CI=47.23%~80.05%）、62.50%（95%CI=45.73%~79.27%）;ADAS-cog分别为总有效率54.55%（95%CI=37.56%~71.54%）、53.13%（95%CI=35.84%~70.42%）;ADL分别为总有效率48.48%（95%CI=31.43%~65.53%）、43.75%（95%CI=26.56%~60.94%）。治疗前后有明显差异,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.0 1）,组组间比较无明显差异（P〉0.0 5）。结论：钩藤散浸膏治疗AD疗效可靠,可以提高治疗有效率,改善患者认知功能。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Gouteng san extract on Alzheimer ＇s Disease（ AD）.Methods： 70 patients with AD conforming to research standards were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Huperzine A,while the treatment group was treated with Gouteng san extract. The clinical effects and the scores of MMSE,ADAS-cog and ADL of patients with AD were compared in two groups. Results： After treatment,the control group and the treatment group both were effective. The total effective rates of MMSE were respectively 63. 64%（ 95% CI = 47. 23% ~ 80. 05%）,62. 50%（ 95% CI =45. 73% ~ 79. 27%）; the total effective rates of ADAS-cog were respectively 54. 55%（ 95% CI = 37. 56% ~71. 54%）,53. 13%（ 95% CI = 35. 84% ~ 70. 42%）; the total effective rates of ADL were respectively 48. 48%（ 95% CI = 31. 43% ~ 65. 53%）,43. 75%（ 95% CI = 26. 56% ~ 60. 94%）. Before and after treatment,there were significant differences,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 0 1）. Compared between group and group,there was not significant difference（ P〉0. 0 5）. Conclusions： The clinical effect of Gouteng san extract on AD is reliable. Gouteng san extract can enhance the efficiency of treatment,improve the cognitive function of patients,is worthy of further clinical research and application
