On the Research of College Physical Education Teachers' Occupational Tendency

摘  要:以Schein的职业倾向理论为基础,采用修订的"高校体育教师职业倾向问卷"对317名海南省高校体育教师职业倾向进行了调研分析。结果表明:高校体育教师呈现出多元化的职业倾向,共表现出8种职业倾向,其平均得分依高低排序为:技能型>服务型>生活型>自主型>挑战型>稳定型>创业型>管理型。其中技能型、服务型是其职业倾向的主流,而挑战型为其职业倾向最突出的特点;不同职业倾向间存在着正相关关系;年龄、学历、工作年限以及健康状况对职业倾向具有显著影响,而性别、婚姻状况、职称对职业倾向不具有显著统计学意义。This essay applies a revised college physical education teachers' occupational tendency questionnaire,which is on the basis of Schein's occupational tendency theory. It makes an analysis and research on 317 physical education( PE) teachers in Hainan Province about their occupational tendency. The result shows that the college PE teacher's occupational tendency is likely to be diversified,with a total of 8 types. The average score of each type ranking from high to low as skill,service,living,independence,challenge,stability,entrepreneurship and management,in which the skill-type and service-type are the main stream of occupational tendency,while the challenge-type becomes the most prominent feature in tendency. Moreover,different occupational tendencies are positively correlated,such elements as age,educational background,working years and health condition have an significant effect on the tendency,while gender,marital status,professional ranks have no statistically significant influence toward the tendency.
