摘　　要：探讨小夹板治疗骨折的原理、骨不连与小夹板固定关系,提出了应公正地认识和评判中医小夹板技术。对治疗骨折方法应从文化、技术、费用、推广、护理、责任等多方面综合评价。This article discussed the principles of fracture treatment using small splint and the relationship between bone nonunion and splint immobilization. We insisted that doctors should understand and judge the splinting techniques fairly. The comprehensive evaluation of fracture treatment should be based on culture, technology, cost, popularization, nursing and responsibility, and so on.
