交流、直流及混合电场下变压器油烃组成与其击穿电压的关联性研究

摘  要:文章分别在交流、直流和交直流混合电场下建立变压器油击穿电压的测试方法。在极不均匀电场下,开展变压器油烃组成与其击穿电压的相关性研究。研究结果表明,在极不均匀交流电场下,变压器油的击穿电压与其烃组成没有相关性。在极不均匀直流和交直流混合电场下,变压器油的击穿电压与其烃组成有相关性,变压器油芳烃含量(C_A值)越高,正负极性击穿电压越低;在相同油间隙下,负极性击穿电压高于正极性击穿电压。随着油间隙的增加,击穿电压值增加。In this paper,test methods for breakdown voltage of transformer oils in the AC electric field,DC electric field and AC/DC complex electric field were established.In the highly non- uniform electric field,correlation study between hydrocarbon compositions and breakdown voltage of transformer oils was carried out.Research results show that,in the current highly non- uniform AC electric field,breakdown voltage of transformer oils and their hydrocarbon components haven't great relevance.In the current highly non- uniform DC electric field and AC/DC complex electric field,breakdown voltage of transformer oils and their hydrocarbon components have a great relevance.Aromatic hydrocarbons content in transformer oils(C_A value) is higher,positive and negative polarity breakdown voltage is lower.In the same oil gap,negative polarity breakdown voltage is higher than the positive polarity breakdown voltage,along with the increase of oil gap,the breakdown voltage value increases.
