摘  要:目的了解某光伏科技有限公司年产3 000 t多晶硅项目作业场所职业病危害现状,明确关键控制环节,提出改进措施,为用人单位职业病防治的日常管理提供科学依据。方法在现场调查法的基础上,采用检查表法与检测检验法相结合的原则进行评价。结果主要职业病危害因素的评价因子有生产性粉尘、有毒有害气体(氯化氢、三氯氢硅、氢氧化钠、氟化氢、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、二氧化氮)、噪声、工频电场。粉尘和噪声各有1个作业点超标,其中除尘器处理的矽尘超限数值达6.2,大于矽尘职业接触限值超限倍数2。锅炉房一楼西侧噪声检测结果为102.6 d B,该作业点噪声超过职业接触限值。其他有害因素检测结果均未超标。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的项目,应针对关键控制环节,提出切实可行的改进措施,为职业病防治提出科学依据。[Objective]To understand the current situation of occupational hazards in workplace of yearly produces 3 000 tons polycrystalline silicon project in a photovoltaic technology limited company,identify the critical control points,propose the improvement measures,and provide a scientific basis for the daily management of occupational hazards.[Methods]On the basis of the field investigation,the combination of checklist method and detection was applied in the evaluation.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors included the productive dust,poisonous and harmful gas(hydrogen chloride,trichloro hydrogen silicon,sodium hydroxide,hydrogen fluoride,carbon monoxide,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen peroxide),noise and power frequency electric field. The dust concentration and noise intensity exceeded the limits in an operation point respectively,and the excursion limit of silicon dust by dust catcher reached 6.2,which was higher than the occupational exposure limit of silicon dust(2). The noise intensity at west side of the first floor of the boiler room was 102.6 d B,which was exceeded the occupational exposure limit.The test results of other occupational hazard factors all met the occupational standards.[Conclusion]This is a project with serious occupational hazards. It is necessary to put forward the feasible improvement measures according to the critical control points,to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases.
