摘  要:目的研究珠芽蓼果实粉的急性毒性和遗传毒性,为珠芽蓼果实粉的进一步开发利用提供安全依据。方法按照GB 151930—2003《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》,进行急性经口毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验及小鼠精子畸形试验。结果急性经口毒性试验中实验组动物7 d内未见中毒症状,最大耐受剂量(MTD)>7.50 g/kg体重。Ames试验中各组回变菌落数均未超过自发回变菌落数2倍,且无剂量反应关系,结果为阴性。骨髓微核试验中各剂量组雌雄性别微核形成率与阴性对照结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结果为阴性。小鼠精子畸形试验中各实验组与阴性对照组结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),精子畸形试验结果为阴性。结论本次试验条件下,珠芽蓼果实粉未显示有急性毒性和遗传毒性作用。Objective To study the acute toxicity and genetic toxicity of polygonum viviparum fruit powder,so as to provide security basis for the further exploitation of it. Methods Acute oral toxicity tests,Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow cell in mice and sperm shape abnormality test in mice were performed according to GB 151930—2003 Procedures and Methods for Toxicological Assessment of Food. Results The acute toxicity test showed that mice had no obvious symptoms of poisoning within 7 d and MTD of polygonum viviparum fruit powder was greater than 7. 50 g / kg bw. The Ames test revealed that polygonum viviparum fruit powder did not cause double increases of revertants at all dosed in every bacterial strains,and no dose-response relationship was found,showing that the test was negative. Meanwhile,there was no statistical significance on the difference of micronucleus formation rate and negative comparison results among the each dose group in the bone marrow micronucleus test( P〈0. 05),showing that the test results were negative. In the mice sperm malformation test,the experimental group was compared with the negative control group,and the difference on the results was not statistically significant( P〈0. 05),and the sperm deformity test results were negative. Conclusion Polygonum viviparum fruit powder showed no acute and genetic toxicity in this test.
