嘉定地区副溶血性弧菌溶血毒素基因特征的研究

摘  要:目的了解嘉定地区从患者肛拭和食品中分离的副溶血性弧菌菌株的溶血毒素基因特征。方法收集近年来嘉定地区从腹泻患者肛拭和食品中分离到的282株副溶血性弧菌菌株,应用PCR技术进行tdh基因、trh基因、tlh基因的检测。结果肛拭来源的226株副溶血性弧菌,其tdh基因携带率为96.90%,而分离自食品的56株菌株未见有tdh基因携带;肛拭和食品分离到的菌株trh基因携带率分别为2.21%、5.36%;肛拭和食品分离到的菌株tlh基因携带率分别为99.56%、98.21%。结论引起嘉定地区食物中毒及散发腹泻的副溶血性弧菌主要为tdh阳性、trh阴性菌株,而食品中主要是tdh阴性、trh阴性菌株。Objective To get the knowledge of the hemolysin gene characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus( Vp) isolated from patients' anal swab and food in Jiading district. Methods 282 strains of Vp were isolated from diarrhea patients' anal swab and food in Jiading district in the recently years,and then conducted for tdh,trh and tlh gene test by PCR technology.Results The carrier rates of tdh,trh and tlh of the 226 Vp from patients' anal swab were 96. 90%,2. 21% and 99. 56% respectively. The carrier rates of tdh,trh and tlh of the 56 Vp from food were 0. 00%,5. 36% and 98. 21% respectively. Conclusion The dominant Vp causing food poisoning and sporadic diarrhea in patients' anal swab are the positive tdh and the negative trh bacterial strains,while that in food are the negative tdh and the negative trh bacterial strains.
