摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤介入治疗患者医院感染的病原菌、感染部位分布及影响因素,为医院感染患者的临床治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析2007年2月-2015年2月在医院接受肿瘤介入治疗的2 324例肿瘤患者临床资料,确定其在接受介入治疗后发生医院感染的病原菌种类,感染部位分布及影响因素,数据采用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计分析。结果 2 324例肿瘤患者接受介入治疗后发生医院感染136例,感染率为5.85%;感染患者共检出病原菌170株,其中革兰阴性杆菌86株占50.59%,革兰阳性球菌76株占44.70%,真菌8株占4.71%;医院感染部位主要为呼吸道、消化道及泌尿道,分别占33.09%、25.74%及22.79%;年龄>60岁,有侵入性操作,白细胞计数低下,使用≥3种抗菌药物及使用抑制剂是患者发生医院感染的相关因素。结论肿瘤患者在接受介入治疗后,身体的免疫力有所下降,容易发生医院感染;加强医院护理,减少患者接触病原菌的概率,可预防与控制肿瘤患者在介入治疗后医院感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To investigate pathogens,infection sites and infection factors of nosocomial infection in patients with oncology interventional treatment,so as to provide the basis for the clinical treatment of patients with nosocomial infections.METHODS A total of 2324 cases of patients with oncology interventional treatment in our hospital from Feb.2007 to Feb.2015 were retrospectively znzlyzed,and the pathogens,infection sites and infection factors of nosocomial infection after interventional treatment were determined.The data were analyzed by SPSS 11.5.RESULTS Totally 136 cases of nosocomial infection occurred in 2324 cases of cancer patients after interventional treatment,with infection rate of 5.85%.Totally 170 strains of pathogens were detected,including 86 strains of gram-negative bacteria,76 stains of gram-positive bacteria,and 8stains of fungi,accounting for50.59%,44.70%,and 4.71%,respectively.The main sites of nosocomial infection were respiratory tract,digestive tract and urinary tract,accounting for 33.09%,25.74%,and 22.79%,respectively.The related factors for nosocomial infection were age〉60,invasive procedures,low WBC count,usage of more than 3kinds of antibacterial drugs,usage of inhibitors,etc.CONCLUSIONThe immune system of cancer patients will decline after receiving interventional treatment,so nosocomial infection will easily occur.Strengthening hospital care,reducing contacting with pathogens,can prevent and control of nosocomial infection in cancer patients after oncology interventional treatment.
