摘  要:目的研究腹腔感染对肠道cajal细胞的影响,提高对腹腔感染的认识,为加强腹腔感染预防提供依据。方法随机选择实验使用的豚鼠20只,将其平均分为试验组和对照组,对照组豚鼠作为假手术组,实验组的作为腹腔感染组,针对两组豚鼠使用激光共聚焦显微镜对其肠道Cajal细胞的变化进行观察,并记录术后24h小肠传输功能和肠段平滑肌收缩情况。结果豚鼠的肠道推进率对照组为(80.24±3.54)%,高于实验组的(66.57±3.58)%,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组豚鼠的肠道平滑肌收缩频率及收缩幅度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组豚鼠的肌间神经丛c-Kit阳性细胞阳性面积、肠道全层铺片阳性细胞数的减少率,与实验组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的豚鼠其回肠在光镜下回肠黏膜完整,在肠壁上未发现有明显的充血和水肿现象,实验组的豚鼠其回肠黏膜在光镜下呈现不同程度的糜烂、坏死、肠壁水肿;对照组豚鼠Cajal细胞形成细胞间神经网络结构相对的完整,而实验组豚鼠的Cajal细胞形成的神经网络结构相对的稀疏,且c-Kit阳性细胞数目减少。结论腹腔感染对豚鼠的肠道Cajal细胞产生损害,进而造成肠道的动力学功能发生改变,所以需要重视在肠道疾病的治疗中的腹腔感染情况,加强对腹腔感染的控制与预防,可以提高肠道疾病的治愈率、生存率以及生存质量。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of abdominal infections on intestinal interstitial cajal cells and raise the cognition level of abdominal infections so as to provide guidance for prevention of abdominal infections.METHODS A total of 20 rats were randomly selected as the study objects and evenly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the rats in the control group received the sham operation,and the rats in the experimental group had abdominal infections.The changes of the intestinal interstitial cajal cells of the two groups of rats were observed by using laser scanning confocal microscope,and the intestinal transmission function and intestinal smooth muscle contraction were recorded after surgeries for 24 hours.RESULTS The intestinal propulsion rate of the control group was(80.24±3.54)%,higher than(66.57±3.58)% of the experimental group,and there was significant difference(P〈0.05).There was significant difference in the rate of intestinal smooth muscle contraction or contraction amplitude between the two groups of rats(P〈0.05).There was significant difference in the myenteric plexus in the rats c-Kit positive cells of positive area or rate of decrease of positive cells counts in intestinal full-thickness pave piece between the control group and the experimental group(P〈0.05).The ilea of the rats in the control group showed integral ileal mucosa under the laser microscope,however,the neural network structure formed in the Cajal cells of the rats in the experimental group was relatively sparse,and the c-Kit positive cells counts were reduced.CONCLUSION The abdominal infections can lead to the damage of the intestinal interstitial cajal cells of the rats and then result in the change of the intestinal dynamics.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the prevalence of abdominal infections during the treatment of intestinal diseases and strengthen the control and prevention of abdominal infections so as to raise the cure rate of intestinal disease,survival rate,and survi
