摘　　要：在全球金融危机与生态环境不断恶化的双重压力下,绿色增长作为一种追求经济和环境协调发展的新型增长方式越来越受到国际社会的关注,并逐渐成为学术界的研究热点。本文在比较分析国内外具有代表性的绿色增长评价体系的基础上,结合绿色增长的内涵与基本特征,从社会经济、资源环境、自然资产、生活质量与政策支持5个方面海选指标,并利用相关分析与变精度粗糙集进行指标的定量筛选,保证同一准则层内的指标信息没有重复且对评价结果具有显著影响。为避免因过度依赖客观数据而误删指标,本文根据专家意见进行理性分析,选择性补充典型的高频指标。最后,选取中国2001-2012年数据进行实证研究,确保研究方法的可行性和研究结论的可靠性。Under the dual pressure of the global financial crisis and the worsening ecological environment,green growth as a new growth mode of pursuing the coordinated development of economy and environment gets more and more attention of the international community,and gradually becomes a hot academic topic. Based on the comparative analysis of international typical green growth evaluation index systems and combined with the connotation and the basic features of green growth,the paper selects indicators from social economy,resources and environment,natural assets,quality of life and policy support,and uses the two approaches of Correlation Analysis and Variable Precision Rough Set to screen indicators quantitatively. And the method can ensure the index information in the same criteria layer without repeating and with having a significant impact on evaluation results. To avoid deleting indicators mistakenly because of over- reliance on objective data,a rational analysis is done based on expert opinions to complement the typical high- frequency indicators selectively. Finally,an empirical study is conducted according to China＇s index data from 2001 to 2012,which confirms the feasibility of this method and ensures the reliability of research conclusions.
