摘　　要：目的 :探讨原癌基因WNT1、β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)、T细胞因子4(TCF4)在基底细胞癌(BCC)的表达模式及意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法、免疫印迹及实时定量PCR对62例BCC和56例脂溢性角化病(SK)的皮损组织标本进行WNT1、β-catenin、TCF4基因m RNA及蛋白的表达分析。结果 :WNT1、β-catenin、TCF4在BCC中的阳性率分别为87.10%(54/62)、83.87%(52/62)、93.55%(58/62)高于SK中的的25.00%(14/56)、19.64%(11/56)、10.71%(6/56),差异具有统计学意义(P值分别为9.35×10^(-12),2.86×10^(-12),1.91×10^(-12));WNT1、β-catenin、TCF4基因m RNA及蛋白在BCC中表达升高,差异具有统计学意义(P值分别为0.018,0.027,0.038)。结论:WNT1、β-catenin、TCF4异常表达模式可能是促进BCC发生的重要因素,与BCC的发生密切相关。Objective： To investigate the expression pattern of WNT1, beta-catenin and TCF4 in basal cell carcinoma（BCC）. Methods： The expression pattern of WNT1, beta-catenin and TCF4 was determined using immunohistochemical staining, Western blot and real-time quantitative PCR in 62 BCC and 56 seborrheic keratosis （SK）. Results： the positive expression rates of WNT1, beta-catenin and TCF4 in basal cell carcinoma were significantly higher than that in SK [WNTI： 87.10%（54/ 62） vs. 25%（14/56）; beta-catenin： 83.87%（52/62） vs. 19.64%（11/56）; TCF4： 93.55%（58/62） vs. 10.71%（6/56）; P〈0.000 1 for all]. The expression levels of mRNA and protein for WNT1, beta-catenin and TCF4 in BCC were significantly higher than that in SK（P〈O.05 for all）. Conclusion： The abnormal expression pattern of WNT1, beta-catenin and TCF4 is associated with the development of BCC.
