摘 要:为提高Ti6Al4V钛合金的耐磨性能,以NiCr/Cr_3C_2-20%WS_2复合粉末为原料,采用激光熔覆技术在钛合金表面原位合成自润滑耐磨复合涂层,系统地分析了涂层的物相、显微组织、硬度、摩擦学性能和对偶件的磨损形貌。结果表明:对比激光熔覆Ni Cr/Cr_3C_2涂层(其显微硬度为1167 HV0.5),添加20%WS_2后复合涂层的硬度(1076 HV0.5)略有下降,但由于Ti_2SC和CrS自润滑相的产生,涂层的耐磨减摩性能明显提高,同时Si_3N_4对磨球的磨损表面光滑,无明显塑性变形,显示出Ni Cr/Cr_3C_2-20%WS_2复合涂层具有良好的自润滑耐磨性能。To enhance the wear resistance of Ti6A14V titanium alloy, and based on NiCr/Cr3C2-20% WS2 composite powders, self- lubricating anti-wear composite coating on titanium alloy was in-situ synthesized by laser cladding. Phase composition, microstructure, microhardness, tribological properties and counter-ball morphologies of the coating were investigated systematically. The results indicate that compared with laser claded NiCr/Cr3C2 composite coating (microhardness is 1167 HV0.5 ), the microhardness of the laser claded NiCr/ Cr3C2-20%WS2 composite coating added 20% WS2 (1076 HV0. 5 ) decreases slightly, however, the anti-wear and friction reduction properties of the coating improves greatly owing to self-lubricating precipitates Ti2 SC and CrS. Meanwhile, wear surface of Si3 N4 counter-ball is smooth and without obvious plastic deformation, which presents excellent self-lubricating anti-wear properties of the laser claded NiCr/ Cr3C2-20%WS2 composite coating.
