摘  要:采用16SrDNA技术对石油污染场地筛选出的两种单菌(A6菌和A10菌)进行鉴定,并对两种单菌及其混合菌降解石油烃各组分的效果进行了研究。结果表明,两种单菌分别为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)和无色杆菌(Achromobacter sp.)。两种单菌及其混合菌对石油烃的降解有所差异,其降解效果依次为混合菌>A6菌>A10菌。其中A6菌和A10菌对石油烃底物降解的组分大致相同,两者均能完全降解大部分直链烷烃、环烷烃和支链烷烃,部分降解C9~C27正构烷烃。从降解程度来看,A6菌优于A10菌。两种单菌的混合菌在降解石油烃底物时,具有协同降解作用,对石油烃底物降解的组分及降解程度均优于两种单菌;混合菌除了能完全降解大部分直链烷烃、环烷烃和支链烷烃外,还对A6菌和A10菌不能彻底降解的支链烷烃(3,8-二甲基癸烷和2-甲基-十二烷)完全降解。Two single strains screened from oil pollution area were identified using 16S rDNA technology and degradation effect of petroleum hydrocarbons components by two single strains and their mixed strain were studied. The results showed that the two single strains were: A6-Pseudomonas sp. and AlO-Achromobacter sp. The degrada- tion effects of petroleum hydrocarbons for two single strains and mixed strain was in the order: mixed strain - A6 A10. The substrate degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons components by A6 and A10 was almost the same. They could fully biodegraded most of alkane,cyclanes and branched alkanes,and partly degraded C9-C27 alkanes. From the point of degradation degree, A6 was superior to A10. In the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbon substrate, the mixed strain had synergistic degradation effect. The degradation of petroleum hydrocarbon substrate components and degradation degree of mixed strain were better than two single strains. In addition to fully biodegradation of most al- kane,the mixed stain was able to degrade branched alkanes such as 3,8-dimethyl decane and 2-methyl-dodecane which could not be fullv de^raded bv two single strains_
