存活素和血管内皮生长因子在膀胱癌组织的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨存活素（Survivin）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在胱膀尿路（移行）上皮细胞癌（BTCC）组织中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学PV-6000法检测Survivin和VEGF在146例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌和23例正常膀胱黏膜中的表达并分析其相关性。结果Survivin和VEGF蛋白在BTCC组织中的阳性表达率分别为69．9％（102／146）和74．7％（109／146），均高于其在膀胱黏膜的阳性表达（P〈0．05）。Survivin和VEGF在BTCC组织的阳性表达呈正相关且与膀胱癌的组织学分级、临床分期密切相关（P〈0．05）。结论Survivin和VEGF在膀胱癌的发生和进展中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Survivin and vas- cular endothelial cell growth factor （VEGF） in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder （BTCC）. Methods The immunohistoehemical PV -6000 method was used to study the expression level of Survivin and VEGF protein in 146 cases of BTCC and 23 cases of normal bladder tissues. Results The positive expression rate of Survivin and VEGF protein in BTCC was 69. 9% （102/146） and 74.7% （109/146） respectively, which was significantly higher than that of bladder normal tissues （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive expression of Survivin and VEGF had a positive correlation and both were closely related to the histological grade and clinical stages of BTCC （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Survivin and VEGF may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of BTCC.
