摘 要:目的:探讨埋伏前牙治疗时机对牙根发育的影响。方法:选取不同牙根发育期埋伏阻生上颌中切牙进行正畸牵引。应用MCT定位、追踪,比较阻生牙治疗前后牙根发育情况。结果:17例阻生牙调整牙根在牙槽骨中的位置关系,发育期弯曲牙根改变方向继续发育,长度短于对侧同名,但牙冠根比正常。2例根尖发育完成牙根弯曲合并牙槽骨缺损的牵引不成功。结论:早发现、早牵引对埋伏阻生牙的牙根继续发育有良好治疗效果,但要注意牙槽骨缺损情况。Objective:To evaluate the effect of orthodontic traction for impacted maxillary central incisor on root development.Methods:Patients with impacted maxillary central incisors in different growth periods were treated with orthodontic traction.MCT was used to locate and follow up the growth of the roots.The root development was compared.Results:After traction,17 incisor roots with bending in growth period continued development in correct direction,with normal crown root ratio,but root length was shorter than the contralateral counterpart teeth.Two incisor roots were bended with defect of alveolar bone which led to traction failure.Conclusion:Early diagnosis and early traction are beneficial to the further development of impacted incisor root,but the defect of alveolar bone should be carefully evaluated.
