摘  要:目的:观察清热排毒合剂解热、抑菌及抗炎作用。方法:解热实验采用大鼠2,4-二硝基苯酚发热模型;抑菌实验采用体外二倍稀释法;抗炎实验采用小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎模型。结果:清热排毒合剂能抑制2,4-二硝基苯酚致大鼠体温升高,体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、辐氏志贺氏菌、甲型链球菌、乙型溶血链球菌、大肠埃希菌等均有不同程度的抑制作用,能明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀。结论:清热排毒合剂具有解热、抑菌及抗炎作用。Objective: To investigate the antipyretic,antimicrobial,and anti- inflammatory effects of Qingre Paidu mixture. Methods: The rat model of pyrexia induced by 2,4- dinitrophenol was used for the antipyretic experiment,the in vitro double- dilution method was used for antimicrobial experiment,and the mouse model of dimethylbenzene- induced auricular inflammation was used for anti- inflammatory experiment. Results: Qingre Paidu mixture inhibited the increase in body temperature in rats with pyrexia induced by 2,4- dinitrophenol,had various degrees of in vitro inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus,Shigella flexneri,Group A Streptococcus,β- hemolytic Streptococcus,and Escherichia coli,and significantly inhibited auricular swelling induced by dimethylbenzene in mice. Conclusion: Qingre Paidu mixture has antipyretic,antimicrobial,and anti- inflammatory effects.
