当前高职教育考试管理工作的思考

摘　　要：高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其考试管理工作的有效开展直接影响了高职教育的长期发展。然而,当今高职教育考试管理在考试前、考试过程中、考试后三个阶段都存在很大问题。针对以上问题,文章提出加强考试前的组织管理、加强考试过程中的监督管理、加强考试后试卷的分析总结三个建议来促进高职教育考试管理工作的完善和发展,促进高职教育的科学化发展。Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China,and the effective management of the examination directly affects the long-term development of higher vocational education. However,in today’s higher vocational education,there are many problems in the management of the examination before the test,during the process of the test,and after the test.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes three suggestions to promote the development of higher vocational education’s examination management,promoting the scientific development of the higher vocational education.The three suggestions are：strengthening of organization and management before the examination,strengthening supervision and management in the process of examination, strengthening the analysis and summary after examination.
