复明口服液治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察复明口服液治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床效果。方法观察2011年06月~2013年10月门诊确诊为中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的患者,共40例,40眼,均行荧光眼底血管造影及光学相干断层成像检查确诊。给予中药复明口服液口服,每日早饭前,晚饭后服用20ml,分别于治疗后一个月,二个月,三个月复查视力和眼底,三个月时复查眼底血管造影及光学相干断层成像。结果治疗前平均视力：4.18±0.12,眼底黄斑部可见圆形水肿病灶。治疗一个月后平均视力：4.40±0.09,眼底黄斑部水肿大部分吸收。治疗二个月后平均视力：4.68±0.12,眼底黄斑部水肿完全基本吸收。治疗三个月后平均视力4.94±0.22,眼底黄斑部中心凹反射正常。治疗后,治愈35例,占87.5%;好转4例,占10%;无效1例,占2.5%。治疗前荧光眼底血管造影可见后极部视网膜强荧光点随造影时间的延长而渗漏;光学相干断层成像显示黄斑区视网膜神经上皮与色素上皮间出现液腔。治疗后荧光眼底血管造影未见渗漏点或渗漏点变小,光学相干断层成像显示黄斑区视网膜神经上皮与色素上皮液腔消失。结论中药复明口服液治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect on central serous chorioretinopathy treated with Fuming oral administration. Methods 40 outpatients（ 40 eyes） were diagnosed as central serous chorioretinopathy from June 2011 to October 2013. All patients were diagnosed by fundus fluorescein angiography（ FFA） and optic coherent tomography（ OCT）. Fuming oral administration was applied two times per day,20 ml each time. The visual acuity and fundus were reexamined after one,two and three months separately for treatment. Additionally,FFA and OCT were required to be examined in three months of treatment. Results Pretherapy,the average acuity of vision is 4. 18 ± 0. 12 and there were round edema focuses in mecular. After one month,the average acuity of vision is 4. 40 ± 0. 09 and the edema focuses decreased obviously. After twe month,the average acuity of vision is 4. 68 ± 0. 12 and the edema focuses ingested completely. After three month,the average acuity of vision is 4. 94 ± 0. 22 and the fovea centralis reflexes in mecular were normal. After treatment,35 eyes were cured,accounting for 87. 5%,4 eyes were remarkably effective,accounting for10% and 1 eye was failed,accounting for 2. 5%. Pretherapy,FFA show that the hyperfluorescence in posterior pole leaked with time and OCT show that there were fluid cavity between neural epithelium and pigment epithelium. Post-treatment,FFA show that the leaked points were disappear or decrease and OCT show that the fluid cavities between neural epithelium and pigment epithelium were disappear. Conclusions The clinical effect of central serous chorioretinopathy treated with Fuming oral administration is significant.
