制约机制、理念重塑与企业文化基因

摘　　要：诚信是企业生存和发展之本,而诚信文化基因的探查是破解企业诚信文化缺失困境的重要途径。企业诚信的文化基因包含员工个人诚信基因内化、企业内部诚信基因、企业对外诚信基因三个层次,它们共同构成企业良性发展的价值内核,是企业发展的制胜之道,也是企业形象的标识。但是随着社会主义市场经济的发展,个体主义、功利主义思想的蔓延,企业诚信文化基因出现畸形化、退化、功利化现象。为此,需要重构企业诚信文化建设的外部制约机制、重塑企业的核心价值理念,并时刻注意强化员工和管理者的诚信理念,以建构企业发展的诚信文化氛围。Credit was the basis for enterprise of existence ＆ development, and its cultural gene was the significant pathway to crack the dilemma of its deficiency. The cultural gene for credit in enterprise included of staff internalization, credit gene from enterprise interior and exterior, which comprised the value core of benign development for enterprise, was the key to win and the iconic identification. Along with the development of Socialism Market Economic and the spreading of individualism and utilitarianism. However, it was being malformation, degeneration and utilitarianism. Above all, its exterior system of restriction mechanism must be rebuilt, its key idea of value must be remolding, its value of staff ＆ managers must be reinforced, and its atmosphere of benign development must be constructed.
