摘　　要：在当今的大数据时代,数据已渗透到每一个行业和业务职能领域,并成为重要的生产因素。各行各业对大数据人才需求急剧增加,为数学类专业的学生就业提供了广阔的空间。高校应主动把握机遇,树立以市场需求为导向、主动适应大数据时代特点和产业政策的指导思想,根据数学类学生就业存在的问题,进一步明确培养目标,探索创新人才培养模式,联合搭建协同创新开放共享的校企合作平台,加强创新实践能力的培养,从而全面提升学生就业竞争力。Mathematics is closely related to big data,and it provides the principle and the basis of the big data at lowest layer. College Students of mathematics major are one of the important potential sources of big data talents.With the development of the education and training of the system science,they will become an important part of the outstanding talent team in the future. Big data era will bring opportunities and challenges for college students＇ employment of mathematics major. In this era,personnel training is the first for finding the right position,exploring innovative training mode and focusing on the students＇ self study of mathematics.
