摘 要:目的:对应急救援护士多元文化护理现状及其影响因素调查,为多应急救援护士储备管理体系的建设提供依据。方法:采用Bernal和Froman针对护理人员的文化效能量表为基础设计的调查问卷,对国内6家三级医院的在职的应急救援护士共76名进行调查。结果:根据本次调查结果,应急救援护士多元文化认知总体得分为(138.82±28.895)分,处于较低水平,三维度中,"文化概念与理论知识"得分最低,"语言沟通与临床应用"得分最高。不及格人数43名(50.0%),优秀人数较少,仅1名(1.31%)。工作年限、学历越高、接受相关课程或教学的应急救援护士得分均高于较低者,语言能力和沟通能力高的应急救援护士合格率也较高(P>0.05)。而年龄、民族、职称的差异对得分的影响不明显(P<0.05)。结论:应急救援护士多元文化护理能力亟待提高,在今后的培养及管理中应该引起重视。Objective:To explore the cognitiong level of multi-culture in emergent rescue nurse and its influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for management system and promote the ability of communication with patients in emergent rescue nurse.Method:Basing on the Bernal and Froman's culture scale,multiculture nursing questionnaire was designed to investigate 76 emergent rescue nurse in six hospitals in China.Result:According to the results of this survey,the overall scores of multi culture cognition in emergent rescue nurse was(138.82±28.895),which was under the middle level.In three dimensions,"cultural concept and theory of knowledge scored" was lowest,"language communication and clinical application"scored was highest.Fail the number of 43(50.0%),the number of outstanding was less,only 1(1.31%).Work experience,higher education,the acceptance of the relevant courses or teaching of emergent rescue nurse score were higher than the lower,language skills and communication skills of emergent rescue nurse with higher pass rate were also higher(P〈0.05).Age,nationality,title of the differences in the impact of the scores were not obvious(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The emergent rescue nurse should be improved in multi-culture nursing, which should be paid more attention to in the future.
