鼠神经生长因子治疗小儿面神经炎50例

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿面神经炎采取鼠神经生长因子治疗的效果。方法:按照随机数字法将本院2012年1月-2015年1月接诊的小儿面神经炎100例分为两组,每组50例,对照组采取常规治疗,研究组则加用鼠神经生长因子治疗。观察记录两组临床效果、不良反应发生情况,以及治疗前后神经传导速度、面神经复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP)波幅、瞬目反射(RI)潜伏期,并对比分析。结果:两组患儿治疗后均可进行疗效评价,其中研究组患儿总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后神经传导速度、CAMP波幅均有明显提高(P<0.05),但研究组提高更明显(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后RI潜伏期均明显下降(P<0.05),但研究组下降更明显(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应,研究组有1例过敏,但不影响治疗。结论:小儿面神经炎采取鼠神经生长因子治疗有不错效果,而且安全性高,可更好地改善神经传导速度、瞬目反射潜伏期等指标,值得借鉴。Objective：To investigate the children face neuritis take Mouse Nerve Growth Factor therapy. Method：According to the random number method in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 admissions of 100 children with facial neuritis were divided into two groups,50 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,the study group was added with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor treatment.The clinical effect,adverse events,as well as nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment,facial nerve compound muscle action potential（CMAP） amplitude,blink reflex（RI） incubation period were analyzed.Result：The two groups of children can be carried out after treatment efficacy evaluation, where children study group,the total effective rate was significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Two groups of children after treatment of nerve conduction velocity,CAMP amplitude were significantly increased（P〈0.05）,but the study group were much higher（P〈0.05）.After treatment RI incubation period of two groups of children decreased significantly（P〈0.05）,but the study group decreased more significantly（P〈0.05）.Both groups no serious adverse reactions,the study group had 1 case of allergies,but did not affect the treatment.Conclusion：Pediatric facial neuritis take Mouse Nerve Growth Factor therapy has a good effect,but safe,can better improve nerve conduction velocity, latency and other indicators blink reflex,it is worth learning.
