新福菌素在眼眶及其附属器肿瘤治疗中的应用体会——附两例典型病例

摘　　要：目的观察新福菌素在眼眶及其附属器肿瘤中的治疗效果和不良反应。方法收集眼眶及其附属器肿瘤患者85例,在手术前应用新福菌素,观察用药后不同类型肿瘤体积的变化,药物不良反应以及随访12个月的肿瘤复发和患者生存情况。结果新福菌素对于黑色素瘤、非霍奇金淋巴瘤及上皮性转移瘤等肿瘤具有良好的治疗作用,可缩小肿瘤,使肿瘤边界更明确,在尽可能保证视力的同时确保完整切除肿瘤。应用新福菌素最常见的不良反应为胃肠道反应,主要表现为恶心、呕吐及食欲减退,但停药后均可恢复。术后肿瘤复发率低,患者生存率高。结论新福菌素对于眼眶及附属器的常见肿瘤疗效好且不良反应小,围手术期使用可利于肿瘤完整切除,减少复发,改善预后,值得临床推荐使用。Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of actinomycin in the treatment for the cancer of orbit and adnexa. Method 85 patients who were diagnosed as cancer of orbit and adnexa that received actinomycin in jection be-fore surgery were enrolled in this study. The change of tumor size, adverse reactions, tumor recurrence and patient surviv-al in the 12-month follow-up were observed. Result Actinomycin was fairly effective in the treatment of melanoma, non-hodgkin lymphoma, and epithelial metastatic tumors by reducing tumor size and sharpening tumor border, which provid-ed a better chance of complete removal of tumor without further damage to the vision. The most common adverse reac-tionsseen in this study were gastrointestinal reactions, including nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite,while all were re-covered after drug withdrawal. After the treatment, low tumor recurrencerate and a high survival rate were determined. Conclusion Actinomycin is effective and safe when applied in the treatment of the tumor of orbit and adnexa, with mi-nor adverse reactions occurred, perioperative use of this medication is recommended in clinical practice to ensure com-plete tumor resection, and to reduce recurrence and improve prognosis.
