摘  要:目的研究桔梗种子的最适发芽条件及储藏条件。方法利用不同光照时长、不同发芽温度、不同试剂的浓度梯度、不同发芽床、不同储存温度等处理,对桔梗种子进行发芽试验,测定其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数。结果在25℃、12h光照条件下桔梗种子发芽率最高,为90.83%;赤霉素能显著促进桔梗种子萌发,200mg/L为最佳浸种浓度,高浓度的高锰酸钾、聚乙二醇均不同程度的抑制桔梗种子的萌发,细胞分裂素起显著的抑制作用;不同发芽床对桔梗种子萌发影响显著;-20℃储存桔梗种子的发芽率最高,为94.44%。结论桔梗种子的最佳发芽条件为25℃、12h光照条件下用滤纸培养;最佳试剂为200mg/L的赤霉素;最适储存温度为-20℃。Objective To Study the optimum conditions of germination and storage conditions of Platycodon grandiflorum seeds. Meth- ods Different light lengths, germination temperatures, reagents of concentration gradient, germination beds, storage temperatures were used to measure the germination rates, germination potential, germination indexes of Platycodon grandiflorum seeds. Results The germination rate of platycodon grandiflorum seeds was the highest at 90.83% under the condition of 2522 and 12 hours of light. Gibberellin can signifi- cantly promote the characteristics of seed germination, and 200 mg/L was the best seed soaking concentration. A high concentration of Kmno 4 and PEG showed inhibition of Platycodon grandiflorum seeds in different degrees. 6 - BA played a significant inhibitory effect on seeds' germination. Germination bed had an important effect to seeds' germination, different germination beds had significant effect on the charac- teristics of seed germination, among them, using fiher paper culture could achieve the highest rate of 85.83%. The germinition rate of seeds stored below - 20℃ was the highest at 94.46%. Conclusion The best condition for germination of Platycodon grandiflorum seeds is 25℃, 12 hours of light condition, using filter paper; the best reagent is 200 mg/L of gibberellic acid; the optimal storage temperature is -2022.
