摘 要:陶瓷砖液压机的工作频率很高,机架承载件的失效绝大多数是由疲劳破坏引起的。利用Abaqus软件建立了预紧组合机架的装配有限元模型。在考虑零件间摩擦接触关系的前提下,计算分析了预紧状态及工作状态下机架零/部件的Von Mises应力和第一主应力,确定了机架中易产生疲劳破坏的薄弱区域。按照无限寿命的疲劳计算方法,对机架的上梁零件进行疲劳强度校核,为陶瓷砖液压机机架的结构设计提供了有益的指导。The working frequency of a ceramic tile hydraulic press is very high. The vast majority form of failure in the structural carrier is fatigue failure. A finite element model of the pre-tightened assemble frame for 32MN hydraulic press had been established,where the frictional interaction relations between the parts of frame were considered and simulated. The Von-Mises stress and maximum principal stress distributions on the frame under the preloaded status or the working status had been calculated. Those results can also help the designer to identify the weak areas being prone to fatigue failure. After that, an infinite fatigue life calculation method was used for checking the fatigue life of main parts, which provides useful design guidance for the ceramic tile hydraulic press.
