牙周手术-正畸-修复联合治疗保存残根的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周手术-正畸-修复联合治疗保存残根的临床效果。方法选择南阳市口腔医院2013年4月至2015年4月进行残根牙治疗的68例患者,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予常规残牙桩冠修复治疗,研究组给予牙周手术-正畸-修复联合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率为94.1%,对照组总有效率为73.5%。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周手术-正畸-修复联合方法治疗保存残根效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of orthodontics - periodontal surgery - repair combination therapy in the preservation of residual roots. Methods 68 patients with residual roots treated in Nanyang Stomatological Hospital from April of 2013 to April of 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group. The control group was treated with conventional repair of residual tooth crown,and the research group was treated with orthodontics - periodontal surgery - re-pair. The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rates of research group and control group were 94. 1% and 73. 5% respectively. The total effective rate of research group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Orthodontics - periodontal surgery - repair combination therapy had good efficacy in the preservation of residual roots.
