中医古籍中祛腐生肌方剂用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:分析古代医籍中祛腐生肌方剂的用药规律。方法:结合现代计算机数据挖掘技术,对晋朝至民国初期的51部方书和外科专著中的祛腐生肌方进行收集、整理、分析,归纳总结其用药规律。结果:通过信息规范化处理,共筛选出合格方剂604首,涉及药物458种,总使用频数为4135次,其中使用频率最高的50味药的累积使用频率达64.45%,接近整体用药的2/3;在高频药物中,以拔毒祛腐药和活血化瘀药占比例最高;祛腐生肌用药以温性、辛味、入肝、心、脾、胃经的药物为多,常用剂型为膏剂和散剂。结论:祛腐生肌方以拔毒祛腐和活血化瘀药为核心,治疗疮疡等疾病,祛腐务必彻底,活血贯穿始终,并合理选择适应创面需要的药物和剂型,这些都是治疗的关键。Objective： To analyze the law of Removing Slough and Promoting Growth of Tissue Regeneration in ancient medical books. Methods： Combining with modern computer technology,this study collected prescriptions of Removing Slough and Promoting Growth of Tissue Regeneration in 51 recipe books and surgical monographs from Jin dynasty to the early period of the republic of China,through analyzing and refining,summarizing the drug laws. Results： Through processing information regularly,select qualified 604 prescriptions,458 kinds of drugs,4135 times of the total use frequency,the cumulative frequency of most frequently-used 50 herbs was 64. 45%,almost two- thirds of the overall dose. In high- frequency drugs,the pulling out poison and removing the rotten and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs accounted for the highest percentage. Removing Slough and Promoting Growth of Tissue Regeneration drugs are most warm and bitter,going to the liver,heart,spleen,stomach meridians and the commonly use dosage forms are paste and powder. Conclusion： The pulling out poison and removing the rotten and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs are the core of prescriptions of removing slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration. For treating ulcers,removing the corruption must be thoroughly,promoting blood circulation throughout the treatment and reasonably drugs and dosage forms are the key to the treatment.
