154例进展期胃癌中医证型研究分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨进展期胃癌中医证型分布规律,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:按照相关中医证型诊断标准,选择临床常见6种基本证型,对154例本院住院治疗的进展期胃癌病例进行辨证归类及分类统计。结果:进展期胃癌中医证型分布频次从高到低依次为脾胃虚损、气血亏虚、气滞血瘀、胃热阴虚、痰湿凝结、肝胃不和。结论:进展期胃癌男性比率明显高于女性;证型以脾胃虚损最为多见;进展期胃癌Hp感染主要集中在胃热阴虚及气滞血瘀型。Objective： To investigate the distribution laws of TCM syndrome types of advanced gastric cancer and provide evidences for clinical treatmeant. Methods： According to relative diagnostic standard,6 basic syndrome types commonly clinic were chosen and 154 patients were given syndrome differentiation,classification and statistical analysis. Results： The distribution frequency of TCM syndrome types were in a decending order,deficiency of the spleen and stomach type,Qi and blood deficiency type,Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,stomach- heat yin deficiency type,phlegm coagulation type,liver stomach disharmony type. Conclusion： Male ratio is significantly higher than female in advanced gastric cancer and eficiency of the spleen is the most basic type. Advanced gastric cancer co- infection HP mainly concentrated in stomach- heat yin deficiency and Qi and blood deficiency type.
