摘　　要：为探讨补肾固本法在治疗抑郁症中的相关研究和应用,通过检索文献,结合抑郁症发病机制,对其在临床及基础实验中的相关研究和应用进行总结。补肾固本法治疗抑郁症的理论基础为肾脑相关、肾为元阳之本、肾藏精,主作强等,其抗抑郁机制主要涉及调节脑内单胺类神经递质、HPA轴功能、免疫及细胞因子、神经营养因子和神经再生等。对补肾固本法治疗抑郁症的作用机制进行深入研究,有利于进一步认识其抗抑郁的作用机制,同时提升对抑郁症患者的诊疗水平。To explore the related research and application of Bushen Guben method in treatment of depression,by searching literature,combined with the pathogenesis of depression,its related research and application in clinical and basic experiments were summarized. The theoretical basis of Bushen Guben method in treatment of depression is kidney- brain relation,kidney being Yuanyang’s essence,kidney storing essence and kidney dominating agility. The mechanism mainly involves monoamine neurotransmitters,HPA axis function,immune and cytokines,neurotrophic factor and nerve regeneration. In- depth study on the mechanism of Bushen Guben method in treatment of depression will be conducive to further understand its mechanism of anti- depression while improving the diagnosis and treatment of depression.
