摘  要:以奶牛场生产的新鲜牛奶为研究对象,采用气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法对牛奶样品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)进行了检测,样品经正己烷提取后,GC-MS/MS定量分析。结果表明,奶牛直接挤出的牛奶中未检出PAEs,挤奶器采集的牛奶中检出2种PAEs,运输车运输后的牛奶中检出4种PAEs,说明牛奶在挤奶和运输过程中存在PAEs污染风险,试验对奶牛场生产的牛奶中邻苯二甲酸酯残留的来源及对策进行了全面的分析研究。The contents of 16 kinds of phthalate esters (PAEs) in fresh milk from cattle farm were detected by gas chromatography_ tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted with hexane, and were detected by GC-MS/MS. The results showed that the milk directly out of the cattle was not find PAEs, two kinds of PAEs were detected in milk which was diagnosed by milking machine acquisition, four kinds of PAEs were detected in milk which was transport by conveyance. It means there had PAEs pollution risk from milking machine acquisition and transport conveyance. The source analysis and countermeasure research for phthalate esters in milk from cattle farm were analyzed comprehensive.
