高校宣传思想工作的现状与改进对策

摘　　要：高校宣传思想工作是保证中国大学社会主义办学方向的重要保证,是培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要条件。目前,虽然高校宣传思想工作取得了较为显著的成效,但是,意识形态工作的合力需要进一步加强,宣传思想工作的针对性、实效性和长效机制建设需要进一步增强,主动构建网络意识形态工作高地、加强网络思想政治教育的能力需要进一步提升。为此,高校需要构建宣传思想工作大格局,面向中国特色社会主义建设任务,站稳意识形态工作的立场;面向高校立德树人的根本任务,切实提高宣传思想的能力水平;面向鲜活的校园生活,构筑共同的精神文化家园。Propaganda and ideological work in universities and colleges is an important guarantee in maintaining the smooth running of socialist-oriented schools and a key issue to cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors. At present,although there has been a significant achievements in propaganda and ideological work in universities and colleges,it is still necessary to strengthen the united ability of the ideological work,improve its pertinences,efficiency and long- term mechanism,and enhance the ability in active establishment of internet ideology highland and network ideological and political education. Therefore,it is important for universities and colleges to build a large pattern of propaganda and ideological work,trying to stand on a firm position when facing the task of building socialism with Chinese characteristics; to improve the ability of propaganda and ideological work when facing the task of strengthening morality; and to construct a common spiritual and cultural homeland based on vigorous campus life.
