摘 要:针对软管产品的包装印刷,因印刷错漏、排版和上油等工艺造成的工艺缺陷是软管产品包装印刷质量的最主要问题。机器视觉近年来的技术突飞猛进,在相机、镜头、光源和算法方面都有长足进步,而在软管印刷质量检测方面则一直以来采用人工检测的方法,效率低且难以保证恒定的质量输出;于是引进机器视觉来替代传统的人工检测是从工业2.0向工业4.0时代迈进的一小步。本文重点探讨机器视觉与光机电一体化技术在软管印刷质量检测方面的应用。For hose product packaging and printing, the Printing errors due to leakage, Typesetting and Oiling process caused by defective workmanship in packaging and printing quality of hose products is the main problem. Machine vision technology in recent years by leaps and bounds, having great progress in Camera, Lens, Light source and algorithm, while there has still been used artificial detection method in tube printing quality detection, which resulted in low efficiency and is difficult to guarantee constant output quality. Therefore, the replacement of the machine vision technology to traditional manual detection is the industry forwarding from industrial 2.0 to industrial 4.0. This paper mainly discusses the application of machine vision and optical mechanical and electrical integration technology in the inspection of hose printing quality.
