台湾高等农业职业教育结构分析及启示

摘　　要：台湾农业经济能够迅速发展,得益于其完善的农业职业教育体系。其中,高等农业职业教育为台湾农业经济的发展提供了充足的优秀人才。我们应该借鉴其成功经验:根据市场需求调整高等农业职业结构层次,适应农业产业和市场的需求;注重高层次农业人才培养,提升农业科技服务能力;加强高等农业职业教育特色课程的开发,增强学生的就业能力。The rapid development of agriculture in Taiwan benefits from its perfect system of agricultural vocational education. The success of its higher agricultural vocational education has provided sufficient excellent talents for the development of agricultural economy in Taiwan. Their successful experience can be borrowed as following：firstly, adjust the levels of agricultural vocational structure according to market demand to adapt to the demand of agricultural industry and market; secondly, cultivate high level agricultural talents and improve the service ability of agricultural science and technology; thirdly, strengthen the development of vocational education in higher vocational education to enhance the employ-ability of students.
