摘  要:传统的运动控制卡及数据采集卡存在价格高,功能单一,扩展性不够等问题;论文针对以PC104为核心的清洁机器人,设计并实现了基于MK30DN512 ARM芯片的控制功能系统。此系统可以完全替代传统运动控制卡及数据采集卡的功能,具备同时控制多个步进或伺服电机的功能,还具有信号采集的功能;另外该系统还具有传统运动控制卡及数据采集卡无法扩展的RFID及无线通讯功能。通过在清扫机器人上进行试验对比,证明该系统具有性价比高、扩展性好、升级简单等特点,在机电及控制领域具有较好的推广和借鉴意义。Traditional motion control card and data acquisition card have the disadvantage of higher cost,limited function and poor extension;This paper designs and realize the control system function on the PC104 based cleaning robot. It is shown that the system could fully replace the traditional motion control card and data acquisition card,at the same time are able to control several step motors or servo motors and uti-lize data acquisition and system control functions;in addition,the designed system also has the extensive advantage of supporting RFID and RF communication function etc,which tradition motion control and data acquisition card can't support. Through the experiments and com-parison on the solar panel cleaning robot,it proves that the designed system has the virtues of lower cost,good extension,easy to update etc,which has great promotion and reference value in electromechanical and control field.
