摘 要:1000 kV特高压交流输电线路具有电压等级高,导线分裂数多、重量大,塔间距离远、导线弧垂低等特点,通过理论计算和现场试验,分析了《环境影响评价技术导则-输变电工程》对输电线路工频电磁场近地面计算方法的合理性。对国标算法中导线的长直假设提出了悬链线修正的优化方法,根据电动力学中的唯一性定理和比奥-萨法尔-拉普拉斯定律对实例中工频电场和工频磁场分别进行了数值模拟,将建模计算的结果与导则和实测数据进行对比分析,提出了对特高压工频电磁环境计算方法的改进措施。1000 kV UHV AC double circuit transmission line has some features such as high voltage level, multi - conductor division, great weight, long distance between transmission line tower and lower wire sag. According to the theoretical calculation and field test, the rationality oftransmission line frequency electromagnetic field cal- culation from Environmental Impact Assessment Technology Guidelines - Power Transmission project are ana- lyzed. After discussing the hypothesis on the frequency electronicand magnetic field calculation that each trans- mission line is considered as unlimited long line, the method with the Catenary Correct are optimized and some numerical simulation with the Uniqueness Theorem in Electrodynamicsand the law of Biot - Safar - Laplace have been done. Compared with the result between measured data and the calculation model, some improve- ments of UHV frequency electromagnetic field calculation are put forword.
