摘　　要：目的探讨性激素(FSH、LH、E2、T)检测与染色体检查在不育患者诊断中的临床应用价值。方法通过统计分析来我院生殖泌尿科门诊等就诊,且诊断为不育症558例,抽取外周血,应用雅培2000i全自动化学发光分析仪检测这些患者的性激素水平,以及送外院行外周血淋巴细胞培养检测染色体核型。结果 558例不育症患者血清性激素水平发生改变,其中FSH、T、PRL、LH激素水平明显高于参考值范围,尤其染色体异常的35例患者。结论对不育症患者性激素水平的检测意义重大,以及对不育症患者行染色体检查是十分必要的,可以帮助患者尽早治疗与指导生育。Objective：To discuss sex hormones（FSH,LH,E2,T）detection and chromosome examination in the diagnosis of infertility patients clinical application value. Methods：Through statistical analysis to our reproductive urology outpatient visits,and a diagnosis of infertility in 558 cases of peripheral blood,the application of Abbott 2000 i automatic chemiluminescence analyzer to check whether the patients with sex hormone levels,as well as the outer court line of peripheral blood lymphocyte culture tests chromosome karyotype. Results：558 cases of infertility patients serum sex hormone levels change,FSH,T,PRL,LH hormone levels significantly higher than the reference range,especially chromosome abnormality of 35 patients. Conclusion：Sex hormone levels in patients with infertility detection is of great significance,as well as the chromosome examination is necessary in patients with infertility,and it can can help early treatment patients and family guidance.
