摘　　要：本文对六西格玛DMAIC、QC小组、风险管理、根本原因分析、持续改善、8D工作流程及可靠性工作等质量管理方法和质量管理模式分别进行了系统的分析,这些质量管理方法均渗透了质量改进的精髓。The systematic analysis has been respectively conducted with regard to the methods and models in quality management, which include the 6 sigma DMAIC, quality control circle, risk management, root cause analysis, kaizen, eight-discipline problem solving, and reliability work. Moreover these methods in quality management have permeated the quintessence of quality improvement.
