泪道探通联合鼻镜破囊术治疗复发性泪囊突出临床分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析先天性泪囊突出的临床表现及，临床特征，探讨先天性泪囊突出的临床治疗效果及手术时机选择。方法回顾性分析2010年12月至2014年12月36例（40眼）先天性泪囊突出患儿，总结先天性泪囊突出的临床特点，分析先天性泪囊突出的临床综合治疗效果及手术时机。结果36例（40眼）先天性泪囊突出患儿男20例（22眼），女16例（18眼），平均年龄12．6d。通过泪囊区按摩、泪道冲洗、患眼局部应用抗生素眼水等保守方法治疗，治愈12眼，保守治疗无效者行单纯泪道探通术，治愈13眼；单纯泪道探通无效者行泪道探通联合鼻镜破囊术治疗，治愈15眼。结论对保守治疗无效的先天性泪囊突出患儿行泪道探通治疗能达到满意恢复效果，但对单纯泪道探通无效的患儿可行泪道探通联合鼻镜破囊术治疗，效果理想，早期手术干预治疗能很大程度预防严重感染等并发症发生。Objective To investigate the treatment and the time of congenital dacryocystocele, through the analysis of clinical manifestations and characteristics of congenital dacryocystocele. Methods The clinical data of 36 cases （40eyes）of congenital dacryocystoceletreated from December 2010 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical manifestations and characteristics of congenital dacryocystocele were summarized and the treatment of congenital dacryocystocele and time choice was analyzed. Results Among the 36 cases （40 eyes） of congenital dacryocystocele, 20 male patients （22 eyes） , 16 female children （ 18 eyes） , with an average age of 12.6 days. Twelve eyes were cured by dacryocyst massage, irrigation of lacrimal passage; 13 eyes were cured by the one probing of lacrimal passages ; 15 eyes were cured by probing of lacrimal passage combined with nasal endoscope broken capsule. Conclusions Probing of lacrimal passage can be treated congenital dacryocystocele, but the simple probing of lacrimal passage invalid children, should be treated with lacrimal passage combined with nasal ideal. endoscope broken capsule, the effect is To a treatment can large prevent extent, early operation severe complications.
