摘　　要：蒋开平教授指出"病机十九条"不仅是对临床常见病症的高度凝练,更是厘定辨治原则的"源动力"。他强调慢性肝病为"湿热气滞未尽,瘀血渐成,脾胃肝肾已虚",邪实与正虚共存,寒热偏颇贯穿整个发展过程。通过辨病因、辨病位、辨病性,创新性的提出了"火五条、热四条、风寒湿三条、五脏五条、上下两条"在慢性肝病中的运用要点,逐条详细分析病因病机、具体表现特点及治则方药,从临床表现推导病性、病位,细微辨证,注重发挥,讲究实用,综合运用中医理法方药知识,系统解析,历练临证思维,以临床疗效来诠释"病机十九条"的根魂。Professor JIANG Kaiping（蒋开平） pointed out ＂ Nineteen Pathogenesis ＂ is not only the most common clinical symptoms of highly condensed, but also the basic principle of differentiation and treatment. He stressed characteristics of chronic liver disease to ＂ Dampness heat and stagnation of qi is not cleared yet, but stagnated blood has formed, spleen stomach liver and kidney is damaged at the same time＂. Its pathogenesis is vital energy undermined while pathogenic factors prevailing coexistence and relative excess of cold and heat throughout the whole development process. Through differentiating cause, location and nature of disease, professor Jiang innovation put forward how to applied the theory of ＂five rules of fire, four rules of heat, three rules of wind cold and dampness, five rules of five zangs, two rules of shangxia＂ to chronic liver disease, item by item detailed analysis of specific features, treatment and prescriptions.The process of application of the content provisions, which reflects the professor Jiang＇s characteristics of subtle differentiation, elaboration and practicability. He uses the systematic analysis of traditional chinese medicine theory in order to achieve clinical curative effect to verify the true meaning of ＂pathogenesis nineteen＂ by training clinical thinking and practice.
