摘　　要：目的:探讨脑瘫患儿在"医院—社区—家庭"链式综合康复干预模式下的效果。方法:建立脑瘫儿童链式康复服务模式,以构建早期筛查网络、建设社区儿童康复基地和规范康复系统管理为工作重心,协调上级医院、社区医院和患儿家庭间康复医疗资源的合理利用,以家庭为中心,以社区为基础,开展脑瘫儿童的康复训练。结果:脑瘫患儿的早期康复训练和正确的护理指导,能够使患儿的肢体功能、智力、语言表达和生活自理能力得到一定程度的提高,有效地改善原有症状,提高生活自理能力和生存质量,使家长对患儿的康复树立信心,促进患儿早日回归社会。结论:"医院—社区—家庭"链式综合康复干预模式可充分利用社区中有利于儿童康复的资源,进行科学合理的系统管理,使社区脑瘫康复服务水平得到有效的提升,也有效地提升了宁波市儿童脑瘫康复的服务水平。Objective To explore the effect of the rehabilitation of the patients with cerebral palsy with hospital-- community--family chain intervention. Methods We established the chain rehabilitation service mode for children with cerebral palsy,which focused on the construction of early screening network, community children＇s rehabilitation base and standardized rehabilitation system management, so as to coordinate the reasonable utilization of rehabilitation re- sources in hospitals, community health centers and children＇s family. Results Early rehabilitation training and correct nursing guidance for children with cerebral palsy can improve the physical function, intelligence, language expression and life care ability of the children. Conclusions The comprehensive rehabilitation intervention mode can help in making full use of the resources of the community to help children recover, carrying out scientific and reasonable system man- agement, and effectively improving rehabilitation service for cerebral palsy children in Ningbo city.
