家兔实验性豆状囊尾蚴病不同感染时期血液病理学研究

摘　　要：为探讨家兔感染豆状囊尾蚴后不同时期的血液学变化规律,用不同数量(分高剂量感染组和低剂量感染组,同时设对照组,每组各6只)六钩蚴人工感染家兔,每周采血,观察血细胞数量的变化。结果表明,豆状囊尾蚴感染1周后,各剂量组家兔中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞数量明显高于对照组,单核细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞数量明显增多;感染1个月后,各剂量组中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞数量逐渐降低,而单核细胞数量和嗜酸性粒细胞数量显著升高;感染2个月后,各剂量组中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞数量降到最低,基本接近于正常水平,单核细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞数量也逐渐降低,接近对照组。该结果为家兔豆状囊尾蚴病的诊断提供了科学依据,也为进一步探讨其发病机制奠定了基础。In order to study the hematology change of rabbit Cysticercus pisiformis during different infection phases, rahbits were divided into high dose infection group, low dose infeetion group and control group with 6 in each. Rahbits of high and low dose infection group were artificially infected with different number of oneosphere. The hlood samples were collected every week for the haemocyte count. The results showed that the number of neutrophils and lymphoeytes in two dose group were significantly higher than that of control group, aud the number of monocytes and eosinophils were obvious increased after one week. The number of neutrophils and lymphocytes in two dose group were gradually decreased hut monoeytes and eosinophils were significantly increased after one month. While they were all nearly deereased to normal level after two months. This dynamic hematopathology change can provide scientific basis for pathological diagnosis of rabbit Cysticercosis pisiformis, and lay a foundation for further discussing occurrence mechanism of this disease.
