螺旋藻胶囊对三阴性乳腺癌行TAC化疗患者临床疗效及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察螺旋藻胶囊对三阴性乳腺癌行TAC化疗患者临床疗效以及免疫功能的影响。方法选取行改良根治术后三阴性乳腺癌女性患者48例,按照数字表法随机分成观察组与对照组各24例,2组均行TAC化疗方案进行辅助治疗,观察组在化疗期间给予螺旋藻胶囊口服。化疗结束后比较2组治疗前后机体免疫细胞功能、中医证候的变化情况,评价2组的临床疗效、药物安全性等。结果观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组化疗结束后外周血中Treg、Ts水平明显低于同期对照组(P均<0.05),Tc、NK水平明显高于同期对照组(P均<0.05);观察组化疗后血清Ig G、Ig A、lg M水平较化疗后对照组有明显升高(P均<0.05);观察组化疗后盗汗、睡眠障碍、潮红、骨骼疼痛发生比率明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组发生白细胞计数(WBC)下降、血小板计数(Plt)下降、血红蛋白(Hb)降低以及恶心呕吐比率明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论三阴性乳腺癌患者行TAC化疗期间给予螺旋藻胶囊治疗,能一定程度上提高化疗效果,并且可增强患者机体免疫调节能力,改善临床症状。Objective It is to observe the effect of Spirulina capsule on clinical curative effect and immune function in？ triple - negtive breast cancer patients treated by TAC chemotherapy. Methods 48 female triple-negative breast cancer patients after modified radical resection were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 24 cases. Both the groups were treated with TAC chemotherapy, and the observation group was given Spirulina capsule during chemotherapy. The immune function and Chinese medical syndrome before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical curative effect and safety of the medicine were evaluated in both groups. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group was better than than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of blood Treg, Ts were lower while that of Tc, NK, IgG, IgA and IgM were higher in observation group than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） at the end of chemotherapy. The occurrence rates of symp- toms such as sweat at night, sleep disorder, facial blushing, bone pain, nausea and vomiting in observation group were lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , the occurrence rates of decrease of WBC, Plt and Hb were also lower than that in con- trol group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Spirulina capsule can improve clinical curative effect and immune function, clinical symp- toms in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer patients treated by TAC chemotherapy.
