装配式混凝土建筑产业链关键节点及产业发展驱动力研究

摘　　要：针对我国建筑装配式建筑住宅产业化发展问题,通过构建装配式建筑产业链结构模型,分析了产业链运行机制;运用博弈论方法,阐明了产业链存在PC构件生产和装配式建筑产品销售两个关键节点。研究还发现,政府对产业链内部和外部的干预对产业链发展具有驱动作用,能够促进预制构件厂发展,维持产业链运营稳定,提高装配式建筑产品市场竞争力。最后,还根据关键节点的特点及其上下游关系和产业链的驱动原理,从内部管理和外部完善装配式建筑产业链提出了建设性的意见,对促进装配式建筑产业的发展具有深远的意义。In view of the prefabricated concrete building development issues of China, the author builds the prefabricated concrete building industrial chain model to analyze the industrial chain operation mechanism, and then points out the existence of the two key nodes of production of PC components and sales of prefabricated concrete building products in the industrial chain by the Game Theory. The research shows that the industrial chain and government intervention play driving impact on industrial development and promote the development of prefabricated component factory to maintain a stable chain, and it is very important to improve the prefabricated concrete building. At the same time, the article also puts forward competi- tion suggestions for improving the prefabricated concrete building industrial chain from the internal and external manage- ments on the basis of characteristics of the key nodes. It has a far-reaching significance for driving the prefabricated con- crete building development.
