摘　　要：目的探讨SNCG在膀胱癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法收集2006年1月至2009年12月中国医学科学院北京协和医院收治的140例具有完整临床病理及随访资料的膀胱癌手术标本,采用免疫组织化学染色检测SNCG在膀胱癌中的表达情况,分析SNCG表达与膀胱癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果膀胱癌组织中SNCG的阳性表达率为90.7%（127/140）,而癌旁组织中无表达（0/68）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Logistic多因素分析显示,SNCG的表达是膀胱癌复发的独立因素（HR=2.044,95%CI：1.114~3.752,P〈0.05）;SNCG阴性表达者术后无病生存期（DFS）和总生存期（OS）分别为（78.7±4.2）个月（95%CI：70.5~86.9个月）,（80.3±4.0）个月（95%CI：72.4~88.2个月）,而SNCG阳性表达者DFS和OS分别为（48.7±5.4）个月（95%CI：38.1~59.3个月）,（51.1±5.2）个月（95%CI：40.9~61.2个月）,差异无统计学意义（P=0.821,0.544）;COX多因素显示SNCG与膀胱癌预后无关。结论 SNCG在膀胱癌组织中高表达,且与膀胱癌复发相关,但不能作为膀胱癌预后的独立预测因子。Objective To explore the expression of SNCG in bladder carcinoma and its clinical significance.MethodsSurgical specimens were collected from140 bladder carcinoma patients with complete clinical and follow-up data during Jan.2006 and Dec.2009.SNCG expression was identified immunohistochemically in whole tissue sections.Association of SNCG expression with clinicopathologic factors and prognosis of bladder carcinoma were accessed.Results The positive rate of SNCG expression was 90.7%（127/140）in bladder carcinoma,while no SNCG expression was observed in pericarcinous tissues,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Logistic regression analysis showed that SNCG expression was an independent factor associated with the recurrence of bladder cancer（HR=2.044,95%CI,1.114-3.752,P〈0.05）;the DFS and OS of the SNCG-negative patients were（78.7±4.2）months（95%CI,70.5-86.9 months）,and（80.3±4.0）months（95% CI,72.4-88.2 months）,respectively;for the SNCG-positive patients,the DFS and OS reduced to（48.7±5.4）months（95%CI,38.1-59.3 months）,and（51.1±5.2）months（95%CI,40.9-61.2 months）,respectively（P=0.821 and 0.544）,and there was no statistically significant difference.Multivariate COX analysis showed there was no association between the prognosis of the bladder carcinoma and SNCG expression.Conclusion SNCG is highly expressed in bladder cancer tissue and its expression indicates a high recurrence rate,but it is not helpful to predict the prognosis of bladder cancer.
