选换挡拉丝对选换挡噪音及换挡力的影响研究

摘　　要：为提高选换挡吸入感,变速箱在设计时会增加吸入力,吸入力增加后,在换挡时造成换挡冲击、手感舒适度降低、驾驶室内换挡噪音明显增大,严重影响驾驶感受。为降低选换挡时噪音并改善选换挡手感,通过对拉丝进行优化提高选换挡手感,降低选换挡噪音计选换挡力。为改善该车换挡噪声、手感及选换挡力提供了一种改进方法,取得了较好的优化效果。At present, in order to improve the gearshift suction, the gearbox in design will increase the suction force. With the suction force increased, in shift, shift shock is caused, comfortable degree is reduced, cab shift noise increases obviously, seri- ously affecting the driving experience. To reduce the gearshift noise and improve the gearshift feel, transmission shift cable is op- timized to improve the handle feel and reduce gearshift noise. To improve the gearshift noise, handle feel and selection of gearshift of force, an improving method is provided, and better optimization result is obtained.
