摘　　要：实施大沽河治理,是青岛市"全域统筹、三城联动、生态间隔、轴带展开、组团发展"的重大战略部署,工程开工以来,即墨市围绕如何组织建设好这一重大工程,创新工作理念和措施,突出生态和亲水特色,历经三年综合治理,基本实现了"洪畅、堤固、水清、岸绿、景美、人和"的治理目标。而今,一条河流的成功治理,带来的是全流域景观和产业的嬗变。Implementation of Dagu River governance is the great strategic plan of ＇global co-ordination,three city linkage,ecological interval,group development＇ in Qingdao.since the project started,Jimo City innovates the ideas and measures,states the ecological and hydrophilic features,after three years of comprehensive management,the basic goalhas been achieved.Today,the successful management of a river brings in the evolution of landscape and industry.
