盐酸多奈哌齐对帕金森病痴呆患者情绪及认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐对帕金森病痴呆患者情绪及认知功能的影响。方法选择2012年10月至2014年10月广汉市人民医院收治的帕金森病痴呆患者52例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各26例。观察组患者给予盐酸多奈呱齐5 mg,每日1次;对照组患者给予同等剂量安慰剂复合维生素BC片(每片含维生素C 100 mg、维生素B13 mg、维生素B21.5 mg、维生素B60.2 mg、右旋泛酸钙1 mg、烟酰胺10 mg),每日1次。两组治疗时间均为3个月,同时进行心理治疗。对比两组患者的情绪变化与认知能力差异。结果治疗后3个月,观察组患者抑郁情绪评定量表、简易智能精神状态检查量表评分低于对照组[(14.9±3.8)分比(22.0±2.7)分,(16.8±5.7)分比(26.2±6.1)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率高于对照组[88.4%(23/26)比3.8%(1/26)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐对帕金森病痴呆病患者的精神症状、生活自理能力以及认知能力均有所改善。Objective To evaluate the effects of hydrochloric donepezil treatment on emotional and cognitive function of patients with Parkinson disease. Methods Total of 52 cases of hospitalized Parkinson＇s disease in Guanghan People＇s Hospital from Oct. 2012 to Oct. 2014 were included in the study and divided into an observation group and a control groups ,26 patients each. The observation group was treated with donepezil hydrocloride （5 mg, once daily） ,the control group was treated with the same dose placebo（ compound vitamin BC,which contains vitamin C 100 mg,vitamin B1 3 mg,vitamin B2 1.5 rag,vitamin B6 0. 2 mg, Dcalcium pantotheuate 1 mg, niacinamide 10 mg, one tablet daily）. The treatment course was 3 months, and psychotherapy was given concurrently. Emotional and cognitive function of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, Hamilton depression scale and mini-mental state examination of the observation group were lower than the control group [ （ 14. 9 ± 3.8 ） scores vs （ 22.0 ± 2. 7 ） scores, （ 16. 8 ± 5.7 ） scores vs （ 26. 2 ± 6. 1 ） scores ], the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group[88.4% （23/26） vs 3.8% （ 1/26 ） ], the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Hydrochloric donepezil treatment can improve the emotional and cognitive function of patients with Parkinson disease, as well as the living capability.
