摘　　要：通过对中医院校大学生实习现状与背景的分析,介绍了一种"三位一体的"中医学生实习管理模式,此模式通过学校管理环节、临床基地管理环节和驻点带教管理环节为主要框架,解决了中医实习生的培养等问题,并突出了"三环一体""三级巡查""三段考核"等特色。Based on the analysis of TCM college students＂ practice situation, this article describes a ＂trini- ty＂ practice management which is used to solve the problems of culture of TCM students through school man- agement aspects, clinical base management aspects and resident teaching management aspects. And it highlights the ＂three in one＂, ＂three inspections＂, ＂three-stage test＂ and other characteristics.
