摘  要:将湖北省荆州拍马造纸厂的高盐污水,采用平板划线法筛选并纯化培养后,得到3株单菌落,通过观察菌落的颜色、形状和鞭毛等特征,将菌液进行革兰氏染色试验、需氧性试验和淀粉水解等生理生化试验,可将这3株菌株初步鉴定为盐单胞菌属(Halomonas),都属于中度嗜盐菌。耐盐度试验结果显示,3株菌株能在1.5%~20.0%NaCl中生长,且最适生长浓度为12.0%。pH生长试验表明最适生长pH为7.0。3 single colony were obtained in hypersaline wastewater from Paima Paper Factory of Jingzhou City after screening and purification and training with flat line method.By observing the colony features such as color,shape,and flagella,a series of physiological and biochemical test the gram strain test,aerobic test,starch hydrolysis and so on were carried out,the three strains were preliminary identified as Halomonas sp..They all belong to a moderate halophilic bacteria.The determination of salt tolerance test results showed that the three strains could grow in 1.5%~20.0% NaCl,and theoptimal growth of NaCl concentration was 12.0%.The pH growth test showed that the optimum pH was 7.0.
