去甲金霉素添加金属离子工艺研究

摘　　要：以金色链霉菌发酵制备去甲金霉素,在发酵过程中在不同时间添加不同浓度、不同种类的金属离子,通过摇瓶实验、小试实验选出了能提高去甲金霉素发酵生产的金属离子。通过12m^3发酵罐的连续5批验证在48h添加0.02%的Co^(2+),使去甲金霉素发酵水平提高120.52%。Demethylchlortetracycline was prepared from Streptomyces aureus.The metal ions was selected which could improve production level of Demethylchlortetracycline by adding different metal ions with different concentrations at different periods on flask-shaking and lab-scale fermentation tests.By five continuous tests in 12m～3 fermentation tank,proved that the production level of Demethylchlortetracycline could be improved to 120.52% by added 0.02% Co～（2＋） at 48 h of the fermentation process.
